To cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your purchase. After this 4-hour window, we are unable to process cancellations or modifications, as orders may already be in the processing or shipping stage.

    Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Dadlabo cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address:
    If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
