Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) during our support hours of 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (EST), excluding Post Office holidays. These holidays include:

- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are processed once payment is accepted.
Estimated Time of Arrival
The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your location and the shipping method selected. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order is in transit, any delays are beyond our control.
Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey. If you do not see the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will become visible once the parcel is scanned.

Personalized Orders
For personalized or customized orders, additional time may be required for our designers to complete the modifications. The design time will vary based on the complexity of your request. Please account for this additional time when placing your order.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or missing information may result in delays or failed deliveries.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and may be disposed of.
- A re-shipping fee will apply to orders returned due to an incorrect address.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse.
